A RESOLUTION_OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF,PUBLIC WORKS/
CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY TO PREPARE A REPORT ON
THE LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT OF SAID CITY
AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER..THE "LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING
ACT OF 1972" (PART TWO OF DIVISION 15..0E THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA) FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1982 -83.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
did, on June 23, 1981, adopt Resolution No. 81 -80 ordering
the formation of the Lynwood "Lighting Assessment - District; and
WHEREAS, there are'no new improvements or any sub-
stantial changes in existing'improvements planned as listed
in Resolution No. 81 -69, and adopted by said City Council on
June 2,_1981;;and,
WHEREAS, the Director-of Public Works /City Engineer
is required by Section.No. 22623 of the Streets and Highways
Code to file an annual report,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood that the.Director of Public Works/
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and file a report
in relation to said district, all in accordance with Part 2,
Division 15, of the Streets.and Highways Code of the State of
California, as amended.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
April , 1982.
