RESOLUTION NO. 82-6
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DECLARING THE CITY COUNCIL TO BE THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LYNWOODJNDUSTRIAL DEVELOP-
MENT AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, on May 18, 1982 the City Council of the
City of Lynwood adopted its Ordinance No. 1167 declaring that
an industrial development authority is needed and shall function
in the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, the California Industrial Development Financing
Act authorizes the governing body of the City to declare itself
to be the Board of Directors of said Industrial Development Authority
by resolution pursuant to GovernmentoCode 0 Section 91523; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood deems
it advisable to declare itself to be the Board of Directors of
said Industrial Development Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood, as follows:
SECTION 1 : The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
designates itself as the Board of Directors of the Industrial Develop-
ment Authority of the City of Lynwood.
SECTION 2 : This resolution is effective on May 22, 1982.,
PASSED, ADPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of
APRIL , 1982
