A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR
FY 81 -82 REGARDING TITLES AND RATES FOR LICENSE
SUPERVISION COMPENSATION

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a Salary
Resolution including salary schedules for Fiscal Year 1981 -82; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed revision of the Municipal Code
to distinguish the position of City Clerk from the responsibilities of license
supervision; -and -
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed a reduction in the compensation
for license supervision duties from $1467 per month to $900 per month; and
WHEREAS, dog licensing and business licensing are functions and should
be treated accordingly by establishing rates on the special assignment compensa-
tion portion of the salary schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows: -
SECTION 1 : Amend the Elected and Appointed salary schedule portion of the
Resolution for FY 81 -82 to delete the title and compensation
for Business License Supervisor.
SECTION 2 : Amend the Special Assignment Compensation salary schedule portion
of the Salary Resolution for FY 81 -82 to add the following titles
and rates:
Dog License Supervisor 207.69
450.00
Business License Supervisor - 207.69
450.00
SECTION 3 : This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of APRIL 1982.
