Larson, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated has been he publisher and printer of the newspaper known as the SOUTH CROW RIVER NEWS nd has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and heel form equivalent in printed space to at least 1,200 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is dis- ributed at least once a week for 52 weeks each year. (3) Said newspaper, in at least half of its issues each year, has no more than 75 percent of its printed space comprised of advertising material and laid legal notices; and in all of its issues each year, has at least 50 percent of its news columns levoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve, and not more than 25 iercent of its total nonadvertising column inches in any issue wholly duplicates any other publica- ion unless the duplicated material is from recognized general news services; (4) Said newspaper is :irculated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, and has at least 500 copies egularly delivered to paying subscribers, and has entry as second-class matter in its local post of - ice; (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the Cities of Rockford, Greenfield, Corcoran, Loretto, ✓Iedina, Independence, Hanover, and Rockford Township in the County of Hennepin and the County if Wright and it has its known office of issue in the City of Rockford in said Hennepin County and Nright County, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale if advertisements and sale of subscriptions and is maintained by the managing officer of said iewspaper or persons in its employ and is subject to his directions and control during all such •egular hours and at which time said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each ssue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made available at single it subscription prices to any person, corporation, partnership or other unincorporated association •equesting the newspaper and making applicable payment. (8) Said newspaper has complied with all he foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned ielow. (9) Said newspaper annually publishes and submits to the secretary of state a sworn United hates Post Office second-class statement of ownership and circulation. LARSON = !j!k NOTARY PUBLIC — MINNESOTA > HENNEPIN COUNTY My Commission Expires May 9, 1993 NOTICE: MEDINA ORDINANCE ,NO. 235 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 825.19 OF THE MEDINA CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING ACCESSORY BUILDINGS The City Council of the City of Medina ordains as follows: Section 825.19 of the Medina City Code is amended by deleting the c#jcicca material and adding t h e underlined material as follows: 825.19. Accessory Buildings. Subdivision 1. No accessory building or structure shall be constructed on any residential lot prior ,to the time of construction of the principal building to which it is accessory. Subd. aocegsory building shall exceed that. height„,of the principal 'building in th'e_ R Districts, except farm buildings. Subd. 3. In Residential Districts, accessory buildings shall not be attached to the principal building and shall be governed by the following regulations: (Maximum) Lot Size, Bldg. Size, No. Permitted; 10,000 sq. ft. or less, 600 sq. ft., one; 10,001 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft., 750 sq. ft, one; 20,001 sq. ft. to 43,560 sq. ft., 1,000 sq. ft., one; more than 1 acre to 3 acres, 1,500 sq, ft, one; more than 3 acres tc to acrcc 3,000 sq. ft. (combined), two; ri^rc tom^ 1^ ^^ ^^, On properties more than five acres in area. the city council may grant a conditional use permit to allow accessory buildings which 'exceed art aogregate of 3.000 square feet in size or two in number Cond�ional use permits shall be reviewed in accordance with the reauirements of sections , 825.39. et. seq. of ' this ordinance. Subd. 4. No accessory. building or structure, unless an integral part of the principal building shall be erected, altered, or moved within 10 feet of the principal building. Subd. 5. Any detached accessory building of less than 200 square feet may be located within 5 feet of the rear or side lot. All detached accessory buildings exceeding 200 square feet must meet the setbacks required for principal buildings in the district. Subd. 6. In Commercial' and Industrial Districts, all accessory buildings shall meet the same front, side and rear yard setback requirements as the principal building.
