RESOLUTION NO. 82 -77
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD CITY COUNCIL
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH KEYSER
MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency has initiated
its Redevelopment Project Area "A" within the City;
WHEREAS, development of the Project Area "A" Commercial
Center Site would provide new jobs in an area which is economically
depressed, would generate new tax revenues, and would serve as a
catalyst for significant additional economic development activities
in the City; and
WHEREAS, the City and Agency .require assistance in ana-
lyzing the development potential of Project Area "A ", and in exa-
mining various financing mechanisms, and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the Consultant is
qualified by training and experience to perform the needed services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
an Agreement with Keyser Marston
City and Agency with an analysis
Project Area "A ".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
