A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD GRANTING TO FRANK A. MORGAN AN EASEMENT
FOR INGRESS, EGRESS PURPOSES ONTO PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE COMMON ADDRESS OF 11810 ESTHER STREET IN
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
continually intends to encourage the development of housing
in the City of Lynwood; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission -.did, on.February 9, 1982,
grant a permit to Frank A. Morgan for the purpose of relocating
a single family dwelling on said property, and,
WHEREAS, said property is partially land locked by
public right -of -way reserved.for the extension of Santa
Fe Avenue, and,
WHEREAS the granting of an ingress, egress easement
to Frank A. Morgan or assessors in interest, to subject property
is consistent.with the Planning.Commission's. action of
February 9, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Lynwood as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council grants.to Frank A. Morgan
or assessors in interest; the easement for ingress, egress
purposes so specified in deed recorded in /
of official records of the County of Los Angeles.
S ECTION 2: That the above described easement shall
terminate sixty calendar days after the completion and acceptance
by the City of Lynwood.of the.cons.truction of the extension of
Santa Fe Avenue.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th _ day of
May , 1982.

EASEMENT DEED
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERAT ?ON, receipt of which is hereby ac knowledged:
HEREBY GRANT to FRANK A. MORGAN, an individual, or his SUCCESSORS in
INTEREST, an easement in the Rancho San Antonio, City of Lynwood, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, said easement for ingress and
egress purposes:
The northerly 20.00 feet of Lot 16, Modjeska Acres, as shown
on man recorded in Book 10, Page 33, of `'laps, -in the office
of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, within the
following described boundaries:
Beginning at the southeast.corner of said Lot 16; thence
N 1 ° 13'00" E, along the easterly line of said Lot 16,
19.43 feet; thence N 46 0 59 1 45" id, a distance of 174.21 feet
to a point in the westerly line of said Lot 16, distant
thereon 4.48 feet southerly from the northwest corner of
said Lot 16; thence S 1 13'00" W along said westerly line.
135.52 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence
S 88 ° 47'00" E, along the southerly line of said Lot 16,
130.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said easement shall terminate 60 calendar days after the completion
and acceptance by the City of Lynwood of the construction of the
extension of Saiita 'Fe Avenue.
