A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81 -164 TO REVISE
EXHIBIT "A" OF SAID RESOLUTION, RELATING TO
WATER RATES
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
Section 1 . Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of
Resolution No. 81 -164, Exhibit "A" is hereby revised to read as
follows:
QUANTITY CHARGE
Effective July 1, 1982 Rate per 100 /cu. ft. $0.45
Section 2 . This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
