A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING THE HOURLY SALARY SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a Salary
Resolution for FY 81 -82, including an hourly salary schedule, and amended
same as needed, and
WHEREAS, employees must receive training prior to employment at the
Natatorium because of the existence of considerable hazards in a facility
of this nature, and
WHEREAS, it is equitable and cost effective to establish a training
rate of pay for use during the training period rather than provide compen-
sation at the rate of individual classifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows
SECTION 1 Amend the hourly salary schedule to add the title of
Natatorium Trainee at an hourly rate of $3 00
SECTION 2 . This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of June 1982
