Council requested a vendor listing with details of large purchase amounts and discount information. See the attached memo and printout.
Several weeks ago the Finance/City Clerk departments worked overtime in order to organize the vault. We will continue working extra hours in order to get the city’s filing system in
order. Once this process is complete, the record destruction process will begin again.

Election
November 2001
The next election will be November 6, 2001. The City of McCall will have 3 council seats up for election. Candidates will be able to file a petition of nomination from September 7,
2001 through September 27, 2001.
Council will need to decide by September 7, 2001 if they intend to publish an ordinance to change salaries for the mayor or council.
Citizens must register to vote by October 12, 2001 or wait until election day to register.
