DESIGNATING PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
WHEREAS, the Department of the Treasury, Division of Contract Compliance
and Equal Employment Opportunity in Public Contracts, requires each
municipality to designate a person to act as a liaison and to serve as a Public
Agency Compliance Officer ( "PACO "); and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to the Public Contracts Law (N.1.A.C.
17:27 -1 et seq.); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
GLORIA LISICKI
is hereby appointed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the Borough of
Carteret for 2013.
