RESOLUTION N0. 82 -103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AIMEND LNG THE SALARY RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted reorgani-
zation measures resulting in significant annual savings, and
WHEREAS, City Council minute duties will be assigned to a Se
other than the City Clerk's administrative Secretarv; ar,d
WHEREAS, it is most desireable for the Council Meetings Secretar,

perform Deputy City Clerk duties, which are an additional responsibility
warranting adequate compensation,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows'
SECTION 1 : Amend the Special Assignment Compensation Salary Schedule
for FY 81 -82 to provide $150 monthly compensation for
Deputy City Clerk.
SECTION 2 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED THIS 15th day of June , 1982.
