RESOLUTIONI NO. 82 -104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE ANNUAL OPERAT-
ING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1982 -83
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted a proposed Annual
Operating and Capital Improvement Budget for the Fiscal Year
1982 -83; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the proposed budget
and approved same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held hearings on the pro-
posed use of Revenue Sharing Funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: The Annual Operating and Capital Improve-
ment Budget for the Fiscal Year 1982 -83
is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager, or his designee,
to approve any transfer between accounts, as
long as said transfer does not exceed the
total appropriation of the affected fund.
Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to designate
the use of Revenue Sharing Funds for the
Firemen's salaries and benefits.
Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 29th day of June , 1982.
