NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1.- That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby support as a short term solution the intended flexible application of the County minimum formula as provided for in SB 215, rather than the flexible interpretation that the law has now been given by the California Transportation Commission; and 2. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby support as a long term solution, a legislative revision to the County minimum formula which is in SB 215, so as to exclude Federal Interstate Funding, such as that used for the Century Freeway, from application under the County minimum formula; and 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and submit copies to the State legislators. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
