RESOLUTION NO. 82 -117
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION OF EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED SIXTY NINE DOLLARS AND THIRTY SIX CENTS ($87,369.36) FROM
CAPITAL PROJECT FUND BALANCE
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of completing City
Park Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, City Council is aware an appropriation of funds
is necessary for completion of the project, and
WHEREAS, City Council recognizes the necessity for applying
standard accounting practices for this project, and
WHEREAS, City Council is aware this project is funded by
four sources (a) UPARR 31,237.36; (b) 1974 State Bond 12,222.00;
(c) S.B. 174 31,278.00; (d) general fund 12,632.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of
Lynwood authorize the City Manager to appropriate $87,369.36
