RESOLUTION NO. 82 -125
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES WITH BCL ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, Planning Division responsibilities have increased
and developers and local property owners have requested over -the-
counter briefings by staff about vacant /available lots, zoning
matters, and issues regarding the Century Freeway Housing Re-
plenishment Program; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that BCL Associates, Inc.,
is a qualified planning Consultant who can supply expertise needed
to preclude potential backlogs and assure the proper application of
planning and zoning regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby resolve:
Section 1 : The Agreement between the City of Lynwood and
BCL Associates, Inc. for planning services is hereby approved.
Section 2 : The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of
August, 1982.
