A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF
$100,000 FROM THE WATER FUND FOR THE PURPOSE
OF RECONDITIONING THE WATER WELLS
WHEREAS, City Council has determined that the need
to meet the water demand of the City of Lynwood is vital to
the health and safety of the community; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation
and its budget implications;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorizes
the City Manager to make the following appropriations:

Water Fund $100,000 5 -5020 -0020 Recondition $100,000
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED.and.ADOPTED this 3 rd day of August 1982.
