RESOLUTION NO. 82-150
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE STATEMENT OF COMMUN-
ITY DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES FOR THE YEAR VIII
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood entered into an Agreement
with the County of Los Angeles on November 10, 1981 regarding
cooperation in undertaking activities authorized by the Housing
and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City has cooperated with the County and
supplied required documentation including a Statement of Community
Development Objectives, and
WHEREAS, the City now wishes to expand the types of pro-
jects undertaken with CDBG funds and amend its Statement of Commun-
ity Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve:
SECTION 1 . That the revised Statement of Community De-
velopment Objectives included as Attachment 2 is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of
September , 1982.
