A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD CERTIFYING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECT
82C -380, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood entered
into an Agreement with the County of Los Angeles on November 10, 1981
regarding cooperation in undertaking activities authorized by the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; and
WHEREAS, on March 16, 1982, the City Council approved
Community Development Block Grant funding for certain Year VIII
Projects, including Economic Development; and
WHEREAS, in order to implement the Economic " evelopment
Project, the City must comply with the California Environmental
Quality Act and prepare an environmental assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
Section 1. The City Council hereby certifies the Negative
Declaration prepared for Economic Development Project, 82C -380.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED on this 21st day of
September , 1982.
