SPECIAL MEETING
December 19, 2013
The Moab City Council held a Special City Council Meeting on the above
date at the Moab City Center, located at 217 East Center Street, Moab,
Utah. Mayor Sakrison called the Special Meeting to order at 9:30 AM.
In attendance were Councilmembers Kirstin Peterson, Jeffrey Davis and
Gregg Stucki; City Manager Donna Metzler and Deputy Recorder Beth
Joseph. One (1) member of the audience was present.
Councilmember Peterson moved to approve Approval of a Class III Beer
License for Tina Irvine, d.b.a. Maverik Inc, #341 Located at 985 South
Highway 191 and a Class III Beer License for Tina Irvine, d.b.a. Maverik
Inc #238 Located at 435 North Main Street. Councilmember Davis
seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0 aye.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 9:31 AM.
