RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION OF

TWENTY -ONE THf3USAND; EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY -
SIX DOLLARS ($21,886.00) FROM CAPITAL PROJECT

WHEREAS: The City Council is desirous of completing
the Tennis Court renovation project and
WHEREAS: The City Council is aware an appropriation of
funds is necessary fro completion of the project and
WHEREAS: The City Council recognizes the necessity for
applying standard accounting practices for this project and
WHEREAS: The City Council is aware that this project is
funded by two sources (a) SB 174 Roberti Z'Berg Urban Open Space
Act $11,762.00 (b) General.fund $10,124.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood.authorize the City Manager to appropriate $21,886.00
