RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION OF FIVE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY -FIVE DOLLARS
($5,585.00) FROM CAPITAL PROJECT FUND BALANCE
WHEREAS: The City Counciliis desirous of completing
City Park playground renovation project, and
WHEREAS: The City Council is aware an appropriation
of funds is necessary for completion of the project, and
WHEREAS: The City Council recognizes the necessity
for applying standard accounting practices for this project and
WHEREAS: The City Council is aware that this project
is funded by two sources (a) SB 174 Energy and Resources $4,189.00
and (b) General.fund $1,396.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Lynwood authorize the City Manager to appropriate
$5,585.00
