A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYN'ROOD
RESCINDING RESOLUTION 76 -109 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION 81 -164
RELATIVE TO CHARGES FOR REPRODUCTION OF OFFICIAL RECORDS
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Lynwood requires that the City Council
establish certain fees by resolution of the City Council;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that all fees be reasonable and pur-
suant to State Codes;
WHEREAS, the City Council established fees affixed to reproduction of
official records in Resolution No. 76 -109; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81 -164 consolidated all fees in the City of
Lynwood into one document.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood rescinds Resolution
No. 76 -109.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby amends
xeroxing fees based on a survey of ten (10) neighboring cities' reproduction
charges.
SECTION 3. The fees set forth in Exhibit A of Resolution No. 81 -164 be
amended per Exhibit 1, attached hereto, for reproduction of official records.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
