Don R. Larson, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the publisher or authorized agent and em-
ployee of the publisher of the newspaper known as The South Crow River News and has full knowl-
edge of the facts which are stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a legal
newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute 331.02, 331.06, and other applicable laws, as amended.

SECTIONS 826.09, 826.19, 826.48
826.60 AND 828.73
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or
MEDINA DOES ORDAIN:
Section 826.09, 826.19, 826.48,
816.60 and 826.73 of the Medina City
Code of Ordinances shall be amended by

826.09. Permitted uses. Within the
Agricultural Preservation District, no
structure or land shall be used except for
one or more of the following uses:
Subd. 1. Agricultural Land Uses.
Subd. 2. Essential Services.
Subd. 3. Public Recreation.
Subd. 4. Single family detached resi-
dences - one non -farm dwelling per quar-
ter -quarter Section (40 acres more or
less).
826.19. Permitted Uses. Within the
Rural Residential District, no structure or
land shall be used except for one or more
of the following uses:
Subd. 1. Single family detached resi-
dences.
Subd. 2. Agricultural land uses.
Subd. 3. Essential Services.
Subd. 4. Public Recreation.

Yard Waste. Subdivision 1, Definitions.
For the purposes of this ordinance, the
following terms shall have the meanings
