AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENCES FOR THE 2013 -2014 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for Express Tnxi LLC. for the 2013 -2014 License Term
by the following:

WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted for the 2013 -2014 License Tel
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by (he
Mayor and Council or the Borough of Carteret, that (Ire Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2013-
2014 License Term to Cesar Mayans.
