A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AND EDUARDO AND JENNIE MONTION
FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES IN LIEU OF REQUIRED
OFF- STREET PARKING FOR PROPERTY AT 11200 ALAMEDA
STREET, LYNWOOD.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That certain Agreement effective October 20,
1982, by and between the City of Lynwood and Eduardo and Jennie
Montion, is hereby accepted -and approved.
Section 2 . T`e ".ak and City Clerk are directed to
execute said Agreement 'J. an,' on hehalf of the City of Lynwood.
Sect 3 . The City Clerk is directed to forward a
certified copy of this resolution to Purchasers
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 151-11 day of
October 1982.
