HomeMy Public PortalAbout82-164A (10-15-82)RESOLUTION NO.82 -164A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982 -1983 TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR CABLE T/V ADMINISTRATION. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood is a parti- cipant in a consortium of cities for matters relating to the cable television franchise; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, together with other consortium cities, has determined to engage Mr. Carl Pilnick, of Telecommunications Management Corporation, for construction monitor- ing and other consultant services concerning cable television; and WHEREAS, unappropriated cable television funds are available, and an allocation of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) to cable television administration - professional services is estimated to cover all of the approved consultant services for the fiscal year 1982 -1983; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1. Amend the City of Lynwood budget for fiscal year 1982 -1983 to appropriate THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) from reserves to the pro- fessional services line item in the cable television administrative.budget (1- 4103 - 2201); 1982.
