AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO FOR THE 2013 -2014 LICENSE TERINI
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2013 -2014 License Term, trading as
EXPRESS TAXI LLC
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2013 -2014 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue Adalberto Visciglia, a Taxicab Owner's
License for the 2013 -2014 License Term.
Adopted this 21 ` day February, 2013 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on Februarys 22, 2013.
