A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPOINTING; REPRESENTATIVES
TO THE CITY SELECTION COMMITTEE OF THE
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA RAPID TRANSIT DISTRICT.
I
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood desires
representation on the City Selection Committee of the Southern
California Rapid Transit District Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood wishes
to appoint Councilman John D. Byork to represent the City on the
City Selection Committee of the Southern California Rapid Transit
District Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood wishes to
designate Mayor Pro Tem E. L. Morris as the City's alternate re-
presentative to the City Selection Committee of the Southern
California Rapid Transit District Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that Council:
Section I.
Appoint Councilman John D. Byork as
the City's representative to the City
Selection Committee of the Southern
California Rapid Transit District Board.
Section 2. Appoint Mayor Pro Tem E. L. Morris as
the alternate representative to the City
Selection Committee of the Southern
California Rapid Transit District Board.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of
October, 1982.
