Item: Thomas&Hutton: Change order#1 for the engineering agreement dated,April 3,2012. Change order of$21,000 is
due to additional marsh permitting required beyond the scope in the original agreement. This was identified after the
wetland delineation and verification stage. The infrastructure committee recommended the change order. Funding for the
change order is recommended out of the 2014 SPLOST.
