RESOLUTION NO. 82 -182
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81 -164 RELATIVE TO FEES FOR FIREWORK STANDS
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Lynwood requires that the City
Council establish certain fees by resolution of the City Council;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that all fees be reasonable and
pursuant to State Codes;
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish fees for firework
stands in Resolution No. 81 -164; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81 -164 consolidated all fees in the City
of Lynwood into one document.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood establishes fees
for Licensing, Fire Clearance and Inspection and Cleanup respectively.
SECTION 2, The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby amends
Firework Stand fees based on the manpower required for issuance of licenses,
inspection and supervision.
SECTION 3. The fees set forth in Exhibit A of Resolution No. 81 -164
be amended per Exhibit 1, attached hereto, for Firework Stands.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
