A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF $1,000 FROM THE
WATER FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPLACING
A 65 LB. PAVEMENT BREAKER
WHEREAS, a pavement breaker was stolen from the
Water Yard on December 9, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that
the replacement of the pavement breaker is vital to the
operations of the Water Division; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this
appropriation and its budget implications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the Citv of Lynwood, that the City Council
hereby authorizes the City Manager to make the following
appropriation:

Water Fund Acct. No. 2 -4405 -3103 $1,000
Capital Outlay
Total $1,000
This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
