Five accommodators have submitted applications for an occupancy tax permit. Clerk  2 11/12/04 Document Imaging I have begun the long term task of scanning all of the “permanent records” into Laserfiche. Clerk  3 9/30/04 Records Destruction Records which are eligible for destruction are beginning to be identified. Clerk  4 12/1/04 Update License Renewals Renewal applications from businesses holding liquor, beer, and wine license renewal applications are continuing to be received. Notification letters have been sent to businesses who have failed to be licensed for the past two years. Clerk  5 9/30/04 Code Revision The Police Chief and Deputy City Clerk have identified several inconsistencies within the current Alcohol Code chapters. We will be working together with the City Attorney in the coming weeks to propose revising the inconsistencies in the code. Clerk
