Pursuant to Government Code Section 54955,all members of the Board of Directors
of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District being absent from the Regular
Meeting of August 26,2009,the District Clerk has declared the Regular Meeting
adjourned to the following time and place:
THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL BE HELD ON
SEPTEMBER 9, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the District's
Administrative Office located at 330 Distel Circle,
Los Altos, California
