RESOLUTION NO. 83 -14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN
ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF.
i
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to obtain the services
of a Planning Consultant to assist in implementation of the Planning
Division projects;
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Willdan Associates is
a qualified planning consultant able to provide expertise and assis-
tance to the City of Lynwood;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood here-
by resolves: i
SECTI The Agreement between the City of Lynwood and
Willdan Associates for planning services is hereby approved.
SECTION _2 : The Mayor is authorized to execute said Agree-
ment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this _ is _ day of
February , 1983.
