Resolution Adopting Assessment
I'or Oiling Streets ,
Be it resolved by the council of the
town of V�'ellsburg, Iowa that the pro-
posed assessmentof the cost of oiling
be as follows:
j`'ashington Street from 3rd to 4th.
Adams St. from 2nd to 4th.Street.
Jefferson Street from 2nd to 4th.
Madison Street from 1st to 4th.
Monroe Street from 1st to 3rd.
2nd Street from 5ionroe to Adams.
3rd Street from Dlonroe to �Cash-
ington Street.
4th Street from )♦Ionroe to a point
800 feet east of intersection of Lin-
cohi Avenue prepared by the clerk and
on file in his office, and notice o�
which in compliance with law was
given all persons liabl� for such as-
sessment be and the same is hereby
levied against the property in accord-
ancte with such proposed assessment
that is,—�1:i.00 for each business
place, and $5.00 for each residence,
and all such assessments not paid
within thirty days after the passage
of the Resolution, shall be certified
by the cler;; to the County Auditor as ;
a special tas against the property.
Passed and adopted this 12th day
of July, 1926.
