A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPRO-
PRIATION OF THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS ($34,474)
FROM THE PROPOSITION "A" LOCAL RETURN
FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING
THE TRANBORTATION ADMINISTRATION AND
PLANNING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982/83.
WHEREAS, Proposition "A" was approved by the voters
on November 4, 1980 which provides for an increase in Sales
Tax in Los Angeles County by one -half percent (zo) to pro-
vide a comprehensive transit program in Los Angeles County;
and
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County Transportation
Commission has approved the transit projects submitted by
the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
recognizes the need to implement the approved projects as
soon as possible:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood as follows:
Sec 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes
the City Manager to make the following appropriations:
