A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD RESCZ,NDING RESOLUTION NO. 80 -114.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 80 -114 established a parking
prohibition on the west side of Harris Avenue beginning 150 feet
south of the southwest corner of Harris Avenue and Los Flores td
300 feet south of the southwest corner of said intersection
at the request of the Lynwood Adventist Academy, and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Adventist Academy no longer has
need for said parking prohibition and has requested that it be
removed,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood that Resolution No. 80 -114 is hereby
rescinded.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of
March , 1983.
