A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE SENIOR BUILDING IN-
SPECTOR TO REDUCE CERTAIN PLAN CHECK FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to have plan check
fees reflect, as accurately as possible, City costs; and
WHEREAS, for certain simple structures, minimal time is
required for plan checking; and
WHEREAS, current plan check fees for certain simple
structures may be excessive; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82 -179 was adopted thereby
authorizing the Senior Building Inspector to reduce certain plan
check Fees in no certain terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1 : That the Senior Building Inspector has the
authority to reduce plan check fees by 50% for certain simple struc-
tures.
Section 2 : That Resolution No. 82 -179 be amended to re-
flect this authority.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th _ day of
