WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81 -102 was adopted July 23, 1981,
authorizing payment of $1,000 per month of Los Angeles County Depart-
ment of Community Development for questioned costs totalling
$38,938; and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
NINETEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO DOLLARS
FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUND
TWENTY SEVEN TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF
REFLECTING REPAYMENT OF UNINCURRED COSTS TO LOS ANGELES
COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, these payments are charged to General Fund
Account Number 1- 4301 -2305; and
WHEREAS, a total of $19,352 represents reimbursement to the
CDBG Fund in excess of actual expenditures; and
WHEREAS, the CDBG Fund has a surplus of over $19,000
indicating such over - reimbursement.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorizes the City
Manager to make the following transfer of funds:
