A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY'S
HOUSING AND COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, as part of the City's federally funded Community
Development Block Grant Program, a Housing and Commercial Rehabili-
tation Program has been implemented; and
WHEREAS, in order to effectively and efficiently operate
the Rehabilitation Program a Program Regulations Manual has been
prepared, and
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles Community Development
Commission and the federal Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment require that such a manual be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 . That the Rehabilitation Program Regulations
Manual, attached hereto as Exhibit "A'.',is hereby adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of
