RESOLUTION NO. 83 -45
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD GRANTING TO PACIFIC'TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY A
UTILITY 'EASEMENT, ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
COMMON ADDRESS OF '3310 MULFORD AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined
that the utility easement is necessary for the convenience, welfare, and
safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City
shall be served by granting of said easement, and
WHEREAS, the project has been analyzed by the Department of
Community Development, Planning Division, and found to be categorically
exempt from the California Environmental'Quality Act rules (paragraph 15102
Class 2):
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council grants to Pacific Telephone and
Telegraph Company, the utility easement so specified in deed recorded in
of official records
of the County of Los Angeles.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.,
