A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT NECESSARY FOR THE STORM DRAIN IN
112TH STREET AND SANTA FE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined
that the storm drain in 112th Street and Santa Fe Avenue is necessary for
the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interests of the
City shall be served by the acceptance of an easement necessary for said
improvement, and
WHEREAS, the project has been analyzed by the Department of Community
Development, Planning Division, and found.to be categorically exempt from
the California Environmental Quality Act rules (Paragraph 15103, Class 3(d)).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE,:IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication to the City of
Lynwood the easement for storm drain purposes so specified in deed recorded
in / of official records
of the County of Los Angeles.
Section 2 . That the said easement has been offered for dedication
to the City by Larry H. and Diane M. Kal.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately uponn
its adoption.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged:
KAL, LARRY H. AND DIANE M.
HEREBY GRANT to the CITY OF LYN1400D, a municipal corporation, an easement in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California, said easement for storm drain
purposes.
Those portions of Lots 87 and 88 of Tract No. 92, in the City of Lynwood, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as shown on map recorded in Book 14, Pages 38 and 39 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, included within a strip of
land ten feet (10') wide, lying five feet (5') on each side of the following described
centerline:
Commencing at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 88, thence northerly along the westerly
line of said Lot 88 to its intersection with the easterly prolongation of the southerly
line of that certain parcel of land deeded to the City of Lynwood in Instrument No. 1063
in Book 16676, Page 282, of Official Records,
Continuing along said westerly line a distance of 25 feet (25') to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, thence easterly in a direct line along a line parallel with the easterly
prolongation of the southerly line of the aforementioned parcel described in said
Instrument No. 1063, a distance of 144 feet (144') more or less to a point in the
westerly line of that certain parcel of land deeded to the City of Lynwood in
Document No. 1142 in Book 29230, Page 128, of Official Records of said County.
