A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENT AMENDING STANDARD AGREEMENT NO. 80-
HRL-R-87 BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1981, the City executed Standard
Agreement No. 80- HRL -R -87 with the State of California, Department
of Housing and Community Development in the amount of $70,000; and
WHEREAS, said funds had been allocated to the City for
the purpose of funding deferred payment loans for the rehabilitation
of qualifying rental properties in the City; and

WITNESSETH: That the Contractor for and in consideration of the covenants, conditions, agreements, and stipulations of the
hereinafter expressed, does hereby agree to furnish to the State services and materials, as follows:

Standard Agreement No. 80- HRL -R -87 dated June 15, 1981,-between-the-Department of
Housing and Community Development and the City of Lynwood has been amended to reduce
the funds as shown on Attachment "B”, Item I. Loan Amount to $40,000.
All other terms and conditions shall remain in full force.and effect as set forth in
the original agreement.
The provisions on the reverse side hereof constitute a part of this agreement.
