Affidavit of Publication
Don R. Larson, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the publisher or authorized agent and em-
ployee of the publisher of the newspaper known as The South Crow River News and has full knowl-
edge of the facts which are stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a legal
newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute 331.02, 331.06, and other applicable laws, as amended.
(B) The printed Medina - Ordinance No. 247
which is attached was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and was printed and published
once each week for 1 successive weeks; it was first published on I`;Orl day , the

and printed below is a copy of the lower case alphabet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is hereby

ORDINANCE NO. 247
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE MEDINA ZONING MAP
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MEDINA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Medina zoning map is
hereby amended to change the property
described in Exhibit A from rural industrial
to rural residential.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City
of Medina this 19 day of June, 1990.
EXHIBIT "A"
The parcel to be re -zoned is made up of
the following Parcel Identification Num-
bers:
04-118-24-31-0003 3.23 acres
04-118-24-34-0002 5.42 acres
04-118-24-34-0003 5.55 acres
04-118-24-34-0007 5.67 acres
04-118-24-34-0004 1.20 acres
04-118-24-34-0005 1.96 acres
Total 23.03 acres
The description of the parcel to be re-
zoned is that part of the Southwest Quar-
ter of Section 4, Township 118, Range 23
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of
said Southwest Quarter; thence North 45
degrees West to the intersection with the
centerline of Pioneer Trail; thence North-
westerly along the centerline of Pioneer
Trail to its intersection with line "A";
thence northerly along line "A" to its inter-
section with line "B"; thence northwesterly
along line "B" to its intersection with the
southerly line of the Soo Line Railroad
right-of-way; thence easterly along said
southerly line to its intersection with line
"C"; thence southeasterly along line "C' to
its intersection with the North line of the
South 528 feet of said SouthwestQuarter;
thence East along said North line a dis-
tance of 519.75 feet to the East line of said
Southwest Quarter; thence South along
said East line a distance of 528 feet to the
point of beginning and there terminating.
Except Road.
Lines "A", "B" and "C" are described as
follows:
Line "A": Commencing at the South-
east Corner of said Southwest Quarter;
thence North 45 degrees West a distance
of 1520 feet to the actual point of begin-
ning of the line to be described; thence
deflecting left 118 degrees to the intersec-
tion with the centerline of Pioneer Trail
and there terminating.
Line "B":
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of
said Southwest Quarter; thence North 45
degrees West to the intersection with the
southerly line of the Soo Line Railroad
right-of-way and there terminating.
Line "C":
Beginning at a point in the North line of
the Southwest Quarter a distance of 858
feet West from the Northeast Corner of
said Southwest Quarter; thence South-
easterly to point 528 feet North and
519.75 feet West from the Southeast
Corner of said Southwest Quarter and
there terminating.
