A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF
FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THREE
DOLLARS TO FUND PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT 82C -382,
AND TO INCREASE THE REBATE LINE ITEM IN PROJECTS
82C -377 AND 81C -376.
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County Community Development
Commission has approved the use of funds from expired project
balances totalling $27,520 to finance Public Works Project
82C -382, and,
WHEREAS, $11,520 of this amount was previously app-
ropriated, and,
WHEREAS, the Commission has-also approved the use of
$31,493 of program income to process rebates under projects
82C -377 and 81C -376, and,
WHEREAS, these additional monies result in a net in-
crease of $47,493 to the City of Lynwood's Community Develop-
ment Block Grant Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to make the following appropriation:
