GRANT (CDBG) PROJECTS, AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO TAKE ANY NECESSARY ACTIONS TO IMPLEME`iT THESE PROJECTS FUNDED THROUGH THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY JOBS BILL WHEREAS, the federal government has made the additional sum of $32,379 in CDBG funds available to the City through the Emergency Jobs Bill, ;1HEREAS, ,be City of Lynwood desires to undertake certain eligible CDBG projects which are in compliance with the proposed Statement of Community Development Objectives, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows Section 1 . That the proposed Statement of Community Development Objectives (Attachment A) be approved as the final Statement, Section 2 . That the proposed CDBG projects be approved (Attachment B), and Section 3. That staff be authorized to prepare and execute any documentation necessary to implement these projects.
