ORDINANCE NO. •
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE MEDINA ZONING MAP
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Medina zoning map is hereby amended to change the
property described in Exhibit A from rural industrial to rural residential.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this `7 day of
VAP1.4) , 1990.

The description of the parcel to be re -zoned is that part of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, 'Township 118, Range 23
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Southwest Quarter;
thence North 45 degrees West to the intersection with the
centerline of Pioneer Trail; thence Northwesterly along the
centerline of Pioneer Trail to its intersection with line
"A"; thence northerly along line "A" to its intersection with
line "B"; thence northwesterly along line "B" to its
intersection with the southerly line of the Soo Line Railroad
right-of-way; thence easterly along said southerly line to
its intersection with line "C"; thence southeasterly along
line "C" to its intersection with the North line of the South
528 feet of said Southwest Quarter; thence East along said
North line a distance of 519.75 feet to the East line of said
Southwest Quarter; thence South along said East line a
distance of 528 feet to the point of beginning and there
terminating. Except Road.
Lines "A", "B" and "C" are described as follows:
Line "A":
Commencing at the Southeast Corner or said Southwest Quarter;
thence North 45 degrees West a distance of 152U feet to the
actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
deflecting left 118 degrees to the intersection with the
centerline of Pioneer Trail and there terminating.
Line "B":
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Southwest Quarter;
thence North 45 degrees West to the intersection with the
southerly line of the Soo Line Railroad right-of-way and
there terminating.
Line "C":
Beginning at a point in the North line of the Southwest
Quarter a distance of 858 feet West from the Northeast
Corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence Southeasterly to a
point 528 feet North and 519.75 feet West from the Southeast
Corner of said Southwest Quarter and there terminating.
