RESOLUTION NO. 83 -60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 81 -164 MODIFYING
FEES FOR WASTE COLLECTION

WHEREAS, the City Council did, on June 16, 1982, approve
Amendment IV to the contract between the City of Lynwood and Western
Waste Ind., and
WHEREAS, Amendment IV to this contract established new
rates to be paid to Western Waste Ind. for residential and commerc-
ial waste collection, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to increase
the waste collection fees to City customers by the same percentage,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows.
Section 1 . Fees for waste collection services for
residential units shall be $4.67 per month for single family
residential units and $3.87 per month for each unit (other than
the first unit) of each multiple - family residential structure.
Section 2 . Rates for waste collection services for
commercial premises shall be as follows-
