A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THIRTY -SEVEN
THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED TWENTY -NINE DOLLARS ($37,629)
FROM THE TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND TO GAS TAX FUNDS
WHEREAS, an audit conducted on the City of Lynwood's
Gas Tax records in 1980 revealed several expenditures that were
not Gas Tax eligible, and
WHEREAS, these expenditures are related to old, completed
Gas Tax projects, and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Fund has sufficient funds
to cover these ineligible expenditures,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make the following transfers

Traffic Safety $37,629
TO
Gas Tax 2106 $ 1,015
Gas Tax 2107 36,614
$37,629
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of
JUNE , 1983.
