RESOLUTION NO. 83 -81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR ,1982-
83 BY APPROPRIATING MONIES TO ESTABLISH RENEWAL,
REPLACEMENT AND BENEFIT RESERVE FUNDS IN THE
GENERAL FUND, SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS, ENTERPRISE
FUNDS, AND EXPENDABLE TRUST FUNDS.

WHEREAS, the annual budget for the Citycof Lynwood for
fiscal year 1982 -83 provides that unappropriated monies be held in
prudent reserves, and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that appropriating
these reserve funds in a manner corresponding to the operational
mode of the City of Lynwood is reasonable and proper, and
WHEREAS, funds established and monies appropriated shall
not be considered as restricted totally in their availability and
use and amounts may be adjusted between funds - as necessary to serve
the future needs of the City of Lynwood.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council_ of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 . Any unappropriated balance in the General
Fund as of June 30, 1983, shall be automatically appropriated into
the Renewal, Replacement and Benefit Reserve Fund therein, and
Section 2 . Any unappropriated balance in the Special

Revenue Funds as of June 30, 1983, shall be automatically appropriat-
ed into the Renewal, Replacement and Benefit Reserve Funds therein,
and
Section 3 . Any unappropriated balance in the Enterprise
Funds as of June 30, 1983, shall be automatically appropriated into
the Renewal Replacement and Benefit Reserve Funds, therein, and
Section 4 . Any unappropriated balance in the Expendable
Trust Fund as of June 30, 1983, shall be automatically appropriated '
into the Renewal Replacement and Benefit Reserve Fund therein,
